Customs and International Purchases

All products shipped by Electronic Product Online Ltd. to customers outside of Canada may be subject to additional shipping and customs charges. Any such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is considered to be the importer of record, and as such is solely responsible for compliance to all import laws and regulations of the country to which goods are shipped. Please also be aware that international shipments may be subject to inspections by customs officials and may be opened.

Unfortunately due to courier restrictions we are unable to process or ship orders to the following:

  • International Embassies
  • Forwarding or bulk shipment processing facilities

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment from Electronic Product Online Ltd. you may return any item, for any reason, to recieve an account credit for the full purchase price of the returned item, provided that the returned item is:

  • Unopened and still in the original packaging
  • The original packing slip is included along with the returned item

Please be aware that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been opened or returned more than 30 days past the original delivery date. Only items purchased from Electronic Product Online Ltd. will be accepted for returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items will result in store credit only, and cannot be directly refunded or exchanged for a different item.

What if the item is Damaged or Defective?

All products from Electronic Product Online Ltd. are of the highest quality, however, in the case that any item is damaged or defective Electronic Product Online Ltd. will gladly replace the item once the original defective unit has been returned.


You will be notified via email as soon as your returned item has been recieved and processed. The email will contain the full details of the return, including shipping dates, amount paid, and the amount that has been credited to your account.
